  • For deliveries within Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman, expect a 2-day delivery period from the order date.
  • Deliveries within Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, UAQ, RAK, and Fujairah will take 3 days from the order date.
  • Depending on your delivery address, we utilize our in-house delivery team or collaborate with local carriers to ensure a seamless delivery process.

Returns & Refund:

At Wecare, we strive to meet your print order expectations. In the event that something doesn’t align with your expectations, we offer a 7-day return policy for eligible print items.

Initiating a Return:

To start a return, kindly contact us at hello@wecareuae.com. We appreciate you sharing the reason for the return, and if applicable, we will be happy to arrange for a replacement print.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately. This allows us to assess the issue and rectify it promptly to your satisfaction.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Regrettably, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
